Lessons are taught in a comfortable home environment. I have a separate room for lessons with doors that remain closed during the lessons so that my students can concentrate on learning music without any outside distractions.
Parents and friends are welcome to occasionally attend lessons if it is ok with the student, but I have found that younger students often feel more comfortable in a one on one environment with the teacher. Parents can also sit just outside the studio where they can listen in without disturbing their child's concentration.
